Dance Drop-off/Pick-up Info, Trunk-or-Treat, RRW Themes (Oct 27-31), Halloween Next Week

Posted Date: 10/24/25 (4:45 PM)

Dear WMS Families,

For tonight’s dance, we anticipate that the parking lot will be very busy.
Please take a few minutes to make a general plan with your child for pick-up after the dance.

As a reminder, here are tonight's dance times and details. Please be on time for pick-up, as our chaperones will be eager to get back to their families once the dance ends:

  • 5th & 6th Grade Dance: 5:30–6:30 PM
  • 7th & 8th Grade Dance: 7:00–8:30 PM
  • $3.00 entry fee – drinks and snacks will be available for purchase
There will also be a Varsity Football game tonight at Eagle Stadium (E on the map below), so we expect additional traffic on the north end of campus.

Please review the map with your child and decide on a clear pick-up location before the dance:

  • No weapons or weapon-like props.
  • Costumes must meet the dress code (appropriately covered, no offensive messages, no promotion of drugs/alcohol).
  • Costumes and footwear must be safe for buses and stairs (no inflatable costumes).
