    New York residents ages 13 and older can get a digital library card through the New York Public Library's online card application and gain access to an array of digital resources.   ***Make sure to TAKE A SCREENSHOT of your Library Card Number and Password for your records and to add it to your SORA Account***

    Digital Library Cards for Kids

    Patrons 12 and under can apply for a digital library card with a parent or guardian through the NYPL free e-reader app SimplyE.

    Note: These accounts cannot be restricted to only children’s materials. Learn more about how to download and get started with SimplyE for iOS and SimplyE for Android.
